Abstract

A 3-year-old pregnant queen was brought to the clinic showing scant blood-tinged pluriparous vaginal discharge,
anorexia, and dullness since last three days. Ultrasonography revealed the presence of dead foetuses. Following a
caesarean section, a 360° twist of the left uterine horn was detected. An en bloc resection was performed at the owner's
request and two foetuses in each in one horn were found. The cat recovered uneventfully after the postoperative period.
